Returns
If you would like to make a return, please submit your request through our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery. Refer to “Return Exclusions” to see what cannot be returned.
Once your request is submitted, you will automatically receive an email with a return shipping label. When we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue your refund in the form of in-store credit, minus a $10 handling fee to cover reverse shipping. A returned item must be in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging.
Eligible items can be returned for in-store credit or exchanged.

Return Exclusions
We do not accept returns for vintage, made-to-order, sale items, or items marked as “nonreturnable”.
Please note: Vintage and Made-to-Order items are strictly Final Sale and subject to natural wear. If your Vintage or Made-to-Order item sustained severe damage during transit, please submit a claim directly through our Returns Portal within 48 hours of delivery. You will be prompted to upload photos of the damage so our team can review your request on a case-by-case basis.
If you have any questions regarding an item's eligibility, please email info@tannerfletcherstudios.com before your purchase. If you do not request a return through the portal within 7 days of delivery, your return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer automated size exchanges directly through our Returns Portal. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability and can only be processed if the size you are exchanging for is currently in stock.
Pre-Order
Items purchased on pre-order will be shipped by the specified date in the item description. Pre-order purchases are not eligible for return. We are happy to recommend a size if you reach out to info@tannerfletcherstudios.com.
Shipping
In stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. Made to order items will be shipped within the specified timeline on each product page. Standard shipping typically takes 2-10 days for delivery. Expedited 2 day shipping is available for $25 in the United States and can be selected at checkout. For other shipping options please reach out to info@tannerfletcherstudios.com for more information. Tanner Fletcher is not responsible for any delays once package has been picked up by carrier. International duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the retail price.
