Returns

If you would like to make a return please email info@tannerfletcherstudios.com within 7 days of delivery for a return authorization. Refer to “Return Exclusions” to see what cannot be returned.

Once you receive a return authorization you will receive an email with a return shipping label. When we receive the item we will inspect and refund purchase minus the cost of the return label. A returned item must be in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging.

Select items are only eligible to return in exchange for in-store credit.

Select items are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

Return Exclusions

We do not accept returns for pre-order, one of a kind, vintage, sale items, or items marked as “nonreturnable". Select made to order items can be returned for in-store credit only. If you have any questions please email info@tannerfletcherstudios.com before your purchase.

If you do not request a return within 7 days of delivery, your return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only if the size you are exchanging for is in stock. Please reach out to info@tannerfletcherstudios.com if you would like to make an exchange.

Pre-Order

Items purchased on pre-order will be shipped by the specified date in the item description. Pre-order purchases are not eligible for return. We are happy to recommend a size if you reach out to info@tannerfletcherstudios.com.

Shipping

In stock items will be shipped within 2 business days. Made to order items will be shipped within the specified timeline on each product page. Standard shipping typically takes 2-10 days for delivery. Expedited 2 day shipping is available for $25 in the United States and can be selected at checkout. For other shipping options please reach out to info@tannerfletcherstudios.com for more information. Tanner Fletcher is not responsible for any delays once package has been picked up by carrier. International duties/taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the retail price.
