Vintage "Marie" Wooden Trunk (1952)

Before everyone carried their belongings in dreadful nylon bags, even skates traveled in style. This fabulous vintage skate case belonged to someone named Marie, who was apparently a member of a skating team. Dated 1952 and covered in wonderfully aged collegiate lettering and insignias, it makes us imagine Marie gliding around the rink in a darling little skating outfit, probably breaking a few hearts along the way. Equally wonderful for storing treasures or simply looking fabulous on a shelf.
Each vintage treasure is hand selected by Tanner & Fletcher, & sometimes by Tanner’s mom, Adele.
