Vintage "Receiving" Sign (1960s)
Origin: Michigan, USA
A vintage metal sign from the 1960s reading “Receiving” in bold lettering, originally meant for the back of a building where deliveries arrived. The wording happens to land a little differently with certain audiences. Hung in the right place, it still does exactly what it was meant to do… let someone know where to bring the delivery. Especially amusing for those who appreciate a good double meaning. “Rear entrance” sold separately.
